About coach sawyer
Coach Sawyer graduated from Grayson High School in Gwinnett County. He then attended Kennesaw State University and received a Bachelors in Science degree in History Education. Coach Sawyer began his teaching career at Lindley Middle School in Cobb County. After only a year at Lindley he then began teaching at Smitha Middle School also located in Cobb County. Coach Sawyer spent two years at Smitha before transferring to Osborne High School. At Osborne, Coach Sawyer taught U.S. History, Economics and World History as well a coaching Football and Soccer. After two years of teaching at Osborne coach Sawyer transferred to Wheeler High School. This is Coach Sawyer’s fourth year at Wheeler teaching U.S. History as well as coaching Football and Soccer. Coach Sawyer has also received a Master’s in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University.
